Since Germany's Kautex manufactured the world's first commercial blow molding machine in 1935, the name Kautex has been closely linked to the innovation and development of extrusion blow molding technology.

On January 8, 2024，JWELL completed the complete acquisition of Kautex in Germany, officially taking over all technical and brand intellectual property rights of Kautex. This means that while continuing the German genes, we have also injected new vitality into development.
