1.Pipe Crusher and Shredder Unit

DYSSG series single shaft shredders can be used for shredding PE, PP and PVC pipes with a diameter of 1600mm. Pipes with a length of 3-6M can be directly crushed without splitting.

2.Single-shaft Shredder

DYSSH series single shaft shredders use specially customized large rotating diameter main shat and high-torsion gearbox which increase the contact surface area and power of the shredding rotary blade; The main shalt and cutterhead structure of the shredder are special designed, and the cutterhead structure is stepped spiral. The shearing rotary blade is added, which can makes the load during the shredding process more uniform, more efficient, and ensures smooth operation.

3.Two-shaft Shredder

DYTSS series two shaft shredders have the advantages of low noise,low energy consumption and high output. it reflects the superiority of low speed and large torque cutting design. This series of shredder is particularly suitable for the crushing of large-sized plastic materials. After being shredded, the bulk density of the material can be increased, thereby reducing transportation costs, in addition, the material can be further processed after shredding, such as material separation, washing and pelletizing etc.
